Mission Statement

The New Mexico Chapter of CRS Mission Statement

The New Mexico CRS Chapter will promote the designation, and provide educational and leadership opportunities, to develop and elevate the level of professional standards in New Mexico.

We will also strive to create public awareness of the advantages of using a Certified Residential Specialist professional.

About Our Chapter

The New Mexico Chapter of  Certified Residential Specialists is one of over 50 CRS Chapters across the United States. CRS Chapters were founded in the late 1970’s and early 1980’s to promote the CRS Designation. In 2005 the CRS Chapters went through an organizational restructure in order to better support the attainment of the Council’s Mission of attracting and serving members who seek levels of economic and professional success in residential real estate by: building CRS membership growth and satisfaction; promoting CRS learning opportunities; promoting CRS designation awareness and use; and building CRS networking and referral benefits.
